Dahlia Kasperski joined Keleher & Associates in 2016 and brings 12 years of private and government
experience specializing in natural resource management and policy. She has a passion and desire to
support government programs through innovative and sound program management practices. Dahlia is
sought after for her ability to translate large and complex program strategic plans into tactical actions.
Dahlia’s experiences include meeting facilitation support, program and project management, contract
administration, change management, and leadership. She has led large scale change initiatives, including
changing how engineering studies are scoped and communicated for a very large, complex, and long-
established program.
Dahlia holds a B.S. and M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering, and has been a licensed
Professional Engineer in Illinois since 2004. She is a current MBA candidate at the George Washington
University with a projected graduation date of August 2017.
